Lessons will be billed on a monthly basis on the first of the month for that upcoming month (see the Student Section of the website for your current balance). While paying up front at the first lesson of the month is recommended, the student may still pay on a weekly basis to "pay down" the monthly bill.
Most federal and state holidays are observed. Log-in to view the calendar regularly for updated information about holiday/vacation closings.
Students should notify Trevor of a lesson cancellation a minimum of 48 hours prior to lesson time. If at least 48 hours' notice is given, then a suitable makeup lesson will be scheduled at the earliest possible date. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, we will attempt to schedule a make-up lesson for that week, but there is no guarantee that a time slot will be available. If a student cannot make a lesson at all during a given week (such as for vacation, during an extremely busy week, etc.) please contact Trevor at least 48 hours in advance for a "scheduled absence" (no charge for that week).
Any lessons forgotten about or missed without notice will still be charged to the student's account.
A 48-hour's notice will be given to the student should Trevor need to miss a lesson for any reason. If not... the next lesson's free!
